摘要
以新鲜和干制海带为原料加工成含水量大于 70 %的熟食海带 ,对其工艺中的加工和防腐保鲜进行了研究 ,得到了高水分海带熟食品宜于工厂生产的科学数据。
Delicious kelp is a good seafood resource.It can be processed to many kinds of snack.We have studied,with the fresh kelp and dried kelp,the processing technology and preservation of soft can kelp delicatessen.All the data is avaiable to industrially processing.
