摘要
通过在宏观政策制度上建立职业教育教师资格制度、职业教育教师专业标准的方式实现职教教师专业化,是我国当前亟待解决的课题。1994年美国制定的《国家专业教学标准委员会生涯与技术教育专业标准:面向11~18岁左右学生的教师》①[1]提供的职业教育优秀教师专业标准,是美国多数州职业教育教师专业发展的重要依据和指南.文章主要研究文件中的标准结构、标准执行细则、标准制定过程和主体以及评审过程等,以期能为我国制定职业教育教师专业标准提供一定的借鉴。
It is a significant and urgent task to realize TVET teacher professionalization by building a TVET teacher certifi- cation system and setting reasonable TVET teaching standards on the basis of the macro-policy. In 1994, NBPTS in the USA drafted the document named Career and Technical Education Standards: for Teacher of Students ages 11-18 + , in which the TVET excellent teacher standards were formulated. It can be seen as the solid foundation to realize TVET teacher professionalization in the USA. In this article, structure of the standards, detailed rules in the standards implementation, process and main participants of the standards establishment, as well as the review process would be introduced, hoping to provide reference for the formulation of our TVET teacher teaching standards in the near future.
