摘要
由于缺乏相应的教师入职标准,我国的教师准入制度的随意性和主观性较大,这给具体的操作带来不少困难。本文通过对美国和英国等基于教师入职标准的教师准入制度的分析,提出在实行开放教师教育的今天,我国需尽快建立教师入职标准,并以教师入职标准统领教师准入制度,这对从源头保证教师队伍整体素质的提升具有重要意义。
The lack of clear, specific and professional teacher recruitment standards results in a highly arbitrary and subjective teacher admission system in operation. Based on the analysis of the foreign especially American and British entry standards which is based on teacher recruitment standards, the study argues that creating the teacher entry standards as quickly as possible and which guides the teacher education system and teachers" qualification system is the key to enhance teachers" quality.
