摘要
在一个变革、多元、复杂的时代背景下,美国国家专业教学标准委员会制定了生涯与技术教育(CTE)优秀教师专业标准。总体来看,美国CTE教师专业标准的内容一个是由4个一级指标、13个二级指标、43个三级指标构成的指标体系。其标准主要特色体现为:强调以"促进学生发展"为中心的标准理念、突出教师"多学科"知识基础和专业实践能力、强调教师"帮助学生向工作和成人角色过渡"。其对我国制定职教教师专业标准具有重要启示意义。
Under the changing,multiple and complicated times,the national professional teaching standards committee of America formulated the excellent teachers’professional standards for career and technical education(CTE).On the whole,the contents of the teachers’professional standards of CTE in the USA is an indicator system which is composed of 4 first-class indicators,13 second-class indicators and 43 third-class indicators.The main characteristics of the standards contain: strengthening the standard concept with the core of'promoting students’development',highlighting teachers’ multi-disciplinary knowledge base and professional practice abilities,emphasize teachers'help students transfer to the role of work and adult',which has important enlightenments for formulating the professional standards for vocational educa tion teachers in China.
