摘要
通过对西澳大利亚《更好的学校》报告书以及后期政策文献分析,并结合有关文献简要评价在澳大利亚校本管理变迁过程中新管理主义对学校管理和教师工作与生活带来的影响和冲击。
On basis of the analysis on Better Schools report a nd subsequent policy texts in Western Australia,the paper briefly reviews wha t the critical literature is saying about the impact of new managerialism on sc hool management and teachers'lives and work.
