摘要
目的研究早期自然流产妇女血清中TNF-α,MMP-9的表达水平,探讨其与自然流产的关系。方法应用ELISA检测孕3月内30例自然流产及20例正常早孕妇女血清中TNF-α,MMP-9的水平。结果早期自然流产妇女血清中TNF-α,MMP-9水平明显高于正常早孕妇女,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论血清中TNF-α及MMP-9水平的升高与早期自然流产有关,二者的表达异常可能促进了自然流产的发生。
objective:To study the level of TNF-α,MMP-9 in serum of the early spontaneous abortion.Methods:TNF-α,MMP-9 were measured by sand wich-ELISA in 30 cases with the spontaneous abortion,20 cases of normal pregnancies as the control.Results:The serum TNF-α,MMP-9 of the early spontaneous abortion were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclutions:TNF-α,MMP-9 may be associated with the oncogenesis and development of the early spontaneous abortion.The elevated expression of TNF-α and MMP-9 may be associated with oncogenesis of the early spontaneous abortion
