摘要
目的:研究早期自然流产(early spontaneous abortion,SA)妇女血清中TNF-α的表达水平,探讨其与自然流产的关系。方法:应用双抗夹ELISA法检测孕3月内20例正常妊娠、30例自然流产妇女血清中TNF-α的水平。结果:早期自然流产组与正常妊娠组比较,血清中TNF-α水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:TNF-α与早期自然流产的发生有关,其水平的升高与早期自然流产关系密切。
Objective：To study the level of TNF-α（Tumor necrosis factor-α）in serum of the early spontaneous abortion.Methods：TNF-α were measured by sandwich-ELISA in 30 cases with the early spontaneous abortion,20 cases of normal pregnancies as the control.Results：The serum TNF-α of the early spontaneous abortion were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclutions：The elevation express of TNF-α may be associated with oncogenesis of the early spontaneous abortion.
