摘要
目的研究早期自然流产者血清,蜕膜中TNF-α的表达,探讨其与自然流产的关系。方法取30例自然流产与20例同期正常早孕要求行人工流产者血清及蜕膜,血清及蜕膜分别采用双抗ELISA法,免疫组化SABC法检测TNF-α表达。结果自然流产患者血清,蜕膜中TNF-α的表达高于正常早妊组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自然流产者血清,蜕膜中TNF-α的表达与自然流产的发生有关。
Objective：To investigate expression TNF-α（Tumor necrosis factor-a） in serum and decidu of the early spontaneous abortion.Methods：TNF-α in serum were measured by sandwich-ELISA and immunohistochemical method（SABC） was employed to detect the expression of TNF-α in decidua tissue from women with spontaneous abortion（30 cases） and the normal pregnance（20 cases）.Results：Expression was significantly in serum and decidua of the early spontaneous abortion group compared with that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：This study showed that TNF-α in serum and decidu may play an important role in the arly spontaneous abortion.
