摘要
目的:通过分析双眼阅读条件下弱视患者的弱视眼和非弱视眼与正常人主导眼和非主导眼的眼球运动特征,探究弱视患者与正常人阅读过程眼球运动的差异性,揭示弱视患者在正常阅读状态下两眼的影响作用。方法:选取成人单眼弱视16例及屈光矫正视力正常的被试32例,采用SMI公司生产的iView High-Speed1250眼动仪,记录被试在正常双眼汉语阅读状态下左右眼各自的眼球运动数据,并运用spss对实验所得的眼动数据进行统计分析。结果:双眼阅读条件下,正常人主导眼与非主导眼之间无论是阅读速度还是其他眼动指标均无显著性差异。重度弱视患者的弱视眼与非弱视眼在阅读速度、注视点次数及注视点持续时间上均存在显著性差异;中轻度弱视患者的弱视眼与非弱视眼之间的眼动指标基本类似。其中重度弱视患者的非弱视眼与正常人主导眼之间在阅读速度、注视次数及眼跳幅度上存在显著性差别;而中轻度弱视患者的非弱视眼与正常人主导眼的阅读速度、注视时间等比较均没有显著性差异。结论:在双眼汉语阅读条件下,弱视患者的弱视眼对非弱视眼的阅读速度及眼球运动产生影响,非弱视眼的阅读速度明显比正常人慢,且注视点持续时间长。其中重度弱视患者的非弱视眼对弱视眼的抑制作用更为明显。
This study, by using the iView High-Speed 1250 eye-tracker, aims to explore the difference be- tween those with amblyopia and normal persons in eye movement during reading, and reveal the effect of the two eyes of those with amblyopia in their binocular reading. The results show the following： in binocular reading, the dominant eye and the non-dominant eye of a normal person show no significant difference in the reading speed and other eye movement indicators; the amblyopic eye and the nonamblyopic eye of a subject with severe amblyopia show a significant difference in his or her reading speed, fixation numbers, and fixation duration, whereas the amblyopic eye and the nonamblyopic eye of a subject with mild or moderate amblyopia show similar eye movement indicators. The study concludes the following： in binocular reading, the amblyopic eye has an effect on the non- amblyopic eye in the reading speed and other eye movement patterns; the non-amblyopic eye of a person with am- blyopia shows a slower reading speed but a longer fixation duration than that of a normal person; the non-ambly- opic eye of a person with severe amblyopia has a significant inhibitory effect on his or her amblyopic eye.
