Twist与肿瘤发生和发展关系及其临床应用展望 被引量:6

摘要 最初Twist被认为在胚胎发育中起关键性作用,随着深入研究发现,在人类多种上皮来源肿瘤中Twist表达明显上调,参与了其发生,并促进肿瘤的侵袭和转移[1-2],如消化道肿瘤、乳腺癌[3]及前列腺癌[4]等。本文就Twist与肿瘤关系及其临床应用前景作一综述。
