摘要
Twist基因可参与诱导细胞迁移,编码凋亡抑制蛋白,具有抗凋亡作用;同时可促进侵袭、转移与上皮间质转化,并与化疗耐药密切相关,进而影响患者的预后转归。活血化瘀类中药可改善肿瘤患者血液内环境高凝状态及组织缺血缺氧状态,增强机体对肿瘤细胞的免疫识别,抑制肿瘤转移的发生,其机制可能与影响Twist通路的某个或某些靶点有关。因此,探寻Twist基因促进NSCLC的作用靶点并了解活血化瘀药对Twist基因的影响,对减少NSCLC发生或复发,减缓甚至避免其转移,提高西医、中医治疗疗效,改善NSCLC预后有重要意义。
Twist gene can participate in the induction of cell migration,encoding anti-apoptotic protein,with anti-apoptotic effect;at the same time can promote invasion,metastasis and epithelial mesenchymal transformation,and is closely related with chemoresistance,and thus affect the prognosis of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine of promoting blood circulation and removing blood can improve hypercoagulable state of blood environment and tissue hypoxia-ischemia status in tumor patients,enhance the immune recognition of tumor cells and inhibit the occurrence of tumor metastasis. The mechanism may be related to the influence of Twist pathway some target. Therefore,to explore the role of Twist gene in promoting NSCLC and to understand the influence of activating blood circulation and removing stasis medicine on Twist gene is of great significance in reducing the recurrence,slowing or even avoiding the metastasis of NSCLC,improving the curative effect of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,and improving the prognosis of NSCLC.
