摘要
简要阐述了我国各类菜用特种玉米 (糯玉米、甜玉米、笋玉米、极早熟鲜食玉米、黑玉米 )的特点、研究进展。
Characters,research progress,breeding methods and exploitation prospect of all kinds of special maize as vegetable including waxy maize,sweet maize,shoot maize,extremely early mature fresh edible maize and black maize were reviewed.
