摘要
以邻苯二甲酸酐和正辛醇为原料,甲苯作为带水剂,采用硫酸氢钠作催化剂合成邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯,考察了影响反应的因素。实验结果表明:酯化反应的优化条件为邻苯二甲酸和异辛醇物质的量比为1∶2.5,催化剂用量为3 g,带水剂甲苯用量为50 mL,反应时间3 h。酯化率可达98.9%。
Di（2- ethylhexyl）phthalate was synthesized with phthalic anhydride and isooctyl alcohol as raw materials, methyl benzene as water- carrying agent, and sodium bisulfate as the catalyst. The factors influencing the reaction were investigated. Experimental results indicated that the molar ratio of phthalic anhydride and isooetyl alcohol was 1 ： 2. 5, sodium bisulfate 3 g, methyl benzene 40 mL, the reaction time 3 h, and the yield of the ester was up to 98.9%.
