摘要
用硫酸氢钠催化水杨酸与异戊醇的酯化反应。其最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量0.8g·(0.1mol水杨酸)-1,醇酸摩尔比为1.8,反应时间2.5h,油浴温度145~155℃,水杨酸的酯化率可达97.81%。
Isoamyl salicylate was synthesized from salicylic acid and iso-pentanol using sodium hydrogen sulfate as the catalyst. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: m(catalyst) = 0.8 g per 0.1 mol salicylic acid; n(iso-pentanol)∶n(salicylic acid)=1.8; reaction time = 2.5 h ; oil bath temperature =145-155 ℃. Salicylic acid esterification rate of about 97.81% was attained under the optimum conditions.
