摘要
传统的用硫酸催化合成邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)工艺,存在着转化率低、原料消耗高、产品热稳定性差、体积电阻率小、废水处理困难等缺点。本文阐述非酸催化绝缘级DOP生产的催化剂选择、加热方式和工艺流程等。
The conventional process for catalytic sythesis of DOP by sulfuric acid presented much defects, such as low conversion rate, high consumption of raw materials, low thermal stability and low volume resistivity of the product, difficult to disposal the waste water etc. The selection of catalysts of non-acid catalytic esterification, heating mode and process flow were reviwed.
