摘要
介绍用铌酸催化合成邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯,探讨了多种因素对反应结果的影响。实验表明,醇酐摩尔比2.5:1,1 mol酐催化剂用量5 g,回流反应2 h,转化率可达99.5%。铌酸作为该反应的催化剂有催化活性高,寿命长,可以多次重复使用,产品色泽好等特点。
Diisooctyl phthalate was synthesized by catalysis of niobic acid. The effects including reac-tion time,the amount of catalyst and ratio of reactants on reaction have been examined. The experi-mental result shows that the optimum condition are as follows:the molar ratio of alcohol to phthalate is 2. 5:1,the amount of catalyst used is 5g/mol phthalate and reflux time is 2 h. Niobic acid as catalyst has high activity,long life and can be repeatedly used with the product of light color shade.
