葡萄籽油营养丰富,具有很高的营养和保健价值。文章概述了近年来对葡萄籽油的理化特性、生理功能、提取工艺以及葡萄籽油产品的开发现状,并对我国今后葡萄籽油市场进行了展望。
Grape seed oil has high nutritional and hygienic value which nutrient-rich. Research achievements on physicochemical properties, physiological function, extraction technologies of grape seed oil and the products development situation were summarized in recent years. Some suggestions for development of grape seed oil in the future were made.
