摘要
目的基于气相色谱法(gas chromatography,GC)构建葡萄籽油脂肪酸的气相指纹图谱。方法以葡萄籽油为研究对象,采用GC方法分析不同来源、不同产地共计17批葡萄籽油的脂肪酸组成。结果确定棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸为葡萄籽油的主要脂肪酸,并采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012.130723版本)"建立了葡萄籽油脂肪酸的气相色谱标准指纹图谱,对葡萄籽油与菜籽油、大豆油、米糠油、橄榄油、葵花籽油、玉米油、芝麻油、棕榈油、稻米油等10种植物油进行相似度比较。结论本实验建立的标准指纹图谱可以反映出葡萄籽油的脂肪酸组成特点,可为辨别葡萄籽油的掺伪提供一定的实验数据支撑。
Objective To establish gas phase fingerprint of fatty acids of grape seed oil by gas chromatography (GC). Methods Taking grape seed oil as research object, the fatty acid compositions of 17 batches of grape seed oil from different sources and different habitats were analyzed by GC. Results Palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid and linoleic acid were the main fatty acids in grape seed oil. The standard fatty acid fingerprint of grape seed oil based on the gas chromatography was established by "similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM (version2012.130723)", and the similarity of 10 kinds of vegetable oils of canola oil, soybean oil, rice bran oil, olive oil, sunflower seed oil, corn oil, sesame oil, palm oil and rice oil was also compared. Conclusion The standard fingerprint patterns established in this experiment can reflect the composition of fatty acids in grape seed oil, and can provide some experimental data support for identification of the adulteration of grape seed oil.
