摘要
针对传统PLC实验台进行多种液体混合搅拌实验时的缺点,提出采用MCGS组态软件结合PLC开发多种液体混合搅拌虚拟监控系统。与传统的PLC实验相比,该系统利用动画配合实物运动,能有效地提高学生的学习兴趣、创新能力和动手能力,丰富了PLC课程的教学效果。
To overcome the drawbacks identified with traditional PLC experiment platform for liquid mixing experiment,a liquid mixing virtual monitoring system is constructed and developed using MCGS configuration software in combination with PLC.Compared with traditional PLC experiment,the system uses animation with physical movement,so the students＇ learning enthusiasm,innovation and practical ability is improved.As a result,the overall teaching effect of PLC curriculum is enriched.
