摘要 为了提升工业控制应用中人机界面的易用性与可靠性,实现基于MCGS组态软件技术与数字信号处理芯片(DSP)的串行通信方案,可成为一种嵌入式触摸屏连接控制芯片的通用串行处理方法。主要详细阐述MODBUS工业领域开放通信协议格式,制定组态软件关键配置,利用DSP对于串行通信控制的软件解析,获得信息传输过程中实时性、正确性与稳定性效果。经实验证明通信方案可行性。 In order to improve the usability and dependability of human-machine interface applied to industrial control, the serial communication scheme based on configuration software technology of Monitor and Control Generated System (MCGS) and digital signal processor (DSP) is introduced, which possibly becomes a kind of general serial processing method of the embed- ded touch-screen connecting control chips. The open communication protocol format in the field of MODBUS industry is princi- pally elaborated. The key part of configuration software was laid down. The software parser of serial communication control was designed with DSP. The real-time, correctness and stability effect of the information during the transmission process was ob- tained. The experiment results proved its feasibility.
