摘要
探讨了一种集配料系统和搅拌系统为一体的混合系统的设计方法,由工控机作上位机模拟监控整个系统的运行状态,并通过下位机PLC控制整个系统的运作。文中给出了系统结构、PLC硬件配置、PLC与工控机的通信方式、PLC与称重仪的通信方式及PLC程序框图。
Introduces a kind of mixing system merging the automatic burden system and automatic mixture system into an organic whole.In this system,industrial computer simulates and stakeouts the full systems state and PLC control the full systems course.The configuration of the control system and the PLC control methods,including the hardware configuration and programme figures,and the communication protocol of PLC and industrial computer are given in this paper.
