摘要
选用 2 88羽 2 9日龄艾维茵肉鸡 ,按饲养试验要求分成 4组 (每组 3个重复 ) ,分别饲以添加有 0 ,50 0 ,750 ,10 0 0mg/kg甜菜碱的相同饲粮 ,进行为期 2 1d的饲养试验。在研究甜菜碱对肉鸡生长影响的基础上 ,通过屠宰取样 ,测定血清激素水平和肌肉核酸含量等指标 ,探讨甜菜碱促进肉鸡生长的作用机理。结果表明 ,10 0 0mg/kg剂量组效果最佳 ,日增重提高了 7.2 0 % (P <0 .0 5) ,料重比降低了 6 .81% (P <0 .0 5)。该组样品上述分析指标发生了明显的变化 ,其中血清IGF I水平升高了 2 9.0 9% (P <0 .0 1) ;肌细胞RNA含量及RNA/DNA比率分别升高了 15.2 1% (P <0 .0 5)和19 13% (P <0 .0 1) ;血清尿酸浓度降低了 10 .96 % (P <0 .0 5)。上述结果提示 ,甜菜碱似作用于内分泌系统 ,通过提高血清IGF I水平 ,增强机体氮的储留量 。
Two hundred and eighty eight Avian finishing broilers allotted to four groups by weight and sex were conducted to study the effects of betaine on growth performance and to approach its mechanism.Every group included three replicate lots of twenty four birds each.The groups received the same basal diet (12.34 MJ/kg ME,19 10% CP,0.40% Met,0.72% TSAA)supplemented with 0,500,750,1000 mg/kg betaine respectively during the period of 29 to 49 days of age. The results of rearing trial showed that 1 000 mg/kg betaine treated group was the most effective,which increased ADG by 7.20% ( P <0.05) and reduced F/G by 6.81% ( P <0.05).Data from sample analysis indicated that adding 1000 mg/kg betaine significantly enhanced IGF I level by 29.09% ( P <0.01) and decreased uric acid concentration by 10.96% ( P <0.05) in serum,raised RNA content and ration of it to DNA by 15.21% ( P <0.05) and 19 13% ( P <0.01) in breast muscular cell respectively.These results implicate that supplemental betaine promotes growth of broilers by inducing IGF I secretion,further improving accumulation of nitrogen.
