摘要
为探讨灯台花在北方的快速繁殖技术 ,以盆栽大苗的芽作外植体初始诱导 ,进行了组织培养和组培苗移栽研究 ,获得最佳分化与生根培养基 ,增殖系数与生根率分别达到 7 50和96 2 0 % ;试管苗移栽前需在 30 0 0lx自然光下进行闭瓶壮苗与开瓶炼苗 ;北方盆土应作酸性调整 ,使pH值降低到 5 8～ 6 0 ,同时增加透气度 ,并定期用 0 2 %FeSO4 和 0 1% (NH4 ) 2 SO4 浇灌 ,防止盆土再碱化 ;组培苗移栽成活率达 10 0 %
Using the buds of Anthurium andraeanum lind.grown in pots as explant,studies were given to its tissue culture.The best differentiating and rooting medium were achieved,and propagation coefficient was 7 50 and rooting rate was 96 2%;strengthening seedlings in open or close culturing flasks to some degree under 3 000 lx natural light before transplant;utilizing proper pot base materials to just pot soil pH to acidity(pH5 8～6 0)and meanwhile increase generation,making use of 0 2%FeSO 4 and 0 1%(NH 4) 2SO 4 regularly to avoid alkalizating again.
