摘要
在MS培养基基础上 ,添加不同种类和浓度的激素 ,对切花菊进行组织培养快速繁殖技术的研究 .外植体分别为腋芽、茎段、花蕾、叶片、叶柄 .其中以带芽茎段、叶柄和腋芽的增殖效果较好 .诱导不定芽的培养基以MS + 6-BA 1 .0mg/L +NAA 0 .1mg/L不定芽的发生率最高 .不定根的诱导以 1 /2MS +IBA 1 .0mg/L生根率达 1 0 0 %,根系发达 .适宜的温度。
Axillary bud, stem, alabastrum, leaf, and petiole of chrysanthemum cutting flower were cultured in MS medium which include 6-BA, IBA or NAA. Stem is the best explant to form adventitious buds, and MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L is suitable medium to induce adventitious buds. 1/2MS+IBA1.0 mg/L is the best medium to induce adventitious roots. There will be higher survival rate of tube seedlings after transplanting when keeping suitable temperature, higher humidity, and killing germs.
