摘要
讨论了医院办公自动化(OA)的基本概念和特点。在医疗体制改革的形势下,医院办公自动化的迫切性和复杂性更为突出。为解决该类问题,本文介绍了人民医院OA分步实施的规划方案。
The office automation abilities that will be required in the 21st century may well include more than high - level skills in reading, writing, mathematics, sciences, that is to say, there are going to have to be abilities to think analytically, to solve problem, to use intellect, so as to assist chiefs of service in their duties and responsibilities: being accountable for all professional and managerial activities within the service; continuing surveillance of the professional performance of all individuals who have delineated clinical work; recommending to the medical staff the criteria for clinical privileges in the service; recommending clinical privileges for each member of the service; assuring that the quality and appropriateness of patient care provided within the service is monitored and evaluated.
