摘要
用氨苯蝶啶固体分散物胶囊剂，与市售片剂对照进行体内外相关性研究。结果表明在体外累积溶出率与体内累积ＡＵＣ或累积排尿量之间，胶囊剂均有非常显著的相关性，而片剂则无显著相关性。证实用体外溶出度指标，可有效地控制氨苯蝶啶的内在质量。
There was significant correlativity between the cumulative dissolution rate,and the AUC or cumulative amount of urine with triamterene capsules made of solid dispersion,but the ordinary tablets were not.So,the dissolution in vitro can effectively control the quality of capsules.
