本文从医院知识管理的概念和特点出发,结合医院实际,着重分析医院实施知识管理的方法和措施等。
The article introduced the concept and characteristics of hospital knowledge management.Combining with the hospital practice,the author stressed on the analysis of methods and measures of carrying out knowledge management in hospital.
