摘要
结合武汉市普爱医院实施OA系统的实际情况,总结医院OA系统建设存在的问题。认为不同医院应结合自身实际情况采取措施优化OA系统,如定期反馈沟通,医院整体统一规划,优化系统功能,各部门协调配合等,以促进医院OA系统建设,真正实现办公自动化。
Based on the introduction of basic situation of OA system, combining the actual practice in implementation of OA system in hospital, problems in the process of building OA system in most hospitals were summed up that different hospitals should optimize OA system according to hospital actual condition, such as regular communication and feedback, whole unified plan of hospital, optimizing system functions, coordination of various departments, which can promote the OA system construction, and achieve office automation in hospital.
