摘要
对发根农杆菌的性质及其Ri质粒的结构和功能 ,毛状根的转化方法 ,毛状根培养物的特点 ,Ri质粒在植物次生代谢产物中的应用进行了综述 .
This article is a review about the characters of Agrobacterium rhizogenes ,the structure and function of its Ri plasmid,the transferring method of hairy root,the feature of culture material from hairy root and the application of Ri plasmid to plant secondary metabolites.The result shows that utilizing hairy root culture is a new effective method to produce plant secondary metabolites.
