摘要
生物源农药亦称“生物农药”或称为“生物源天然产物农药”,是指利用生物资源开发的农药。随着环境保护呼声的日益高涨,高毒农药的大量使用对农业生产及生态环境造成的负面影响已引起世界范围的广泛关注。开发和使用生物源农药是时代的需要。国家应出台一系列有利于生物源农药基础性、应用性研究及产品研制、推广、销售等优惠政策,鼓励有远见的科学家、企业家进入生物源农药产业以加快有自主知识产权的生物源农药新品种的研发。研发生物农药需要分工协作、联合发展,不宜一哄而上。生物源农药的技术研发应从7个方面入手,重点突破。
Biogenic pesticides, also known as biological pesticides or biogenie natural product pesticides, develop from living resources. With the rising demand for environmental protection, worldwide attention has been paid to side effects on ecologic environment and agricultural production caused by use of high poisonous pesticides, Development and use of biogenie pesticides emerges as the times require. The government should constitute a set of preferential policies beneficial to fundamental and practical research of biogenic pesticides and their development, promotion and sale, encourage far- sighted scientists and enterprises to be involved in tiffs new industry and develop new brands with their own intellectual properties. Development of biological pesticides needs division of labor and coordination of work and united progress, beginning with seven aspects and key breakthrough.
