摘要
综述了近年来细胞培养生产药用次生代谢物的研究进展。许多药物来源于植物次生代谢途径,运用细胞培养生产代谢物是一种很有效的方法,提高细胞培养中次生代谢物产量一直是人们研究的热点。近年来筛选细胞系,优化培养条件,固相化培养,以及添加诱导子,毛状根培养等技术的运用都在提高产量上都有很多研究,尤其是随着对植物代谢途径的了解和基因工程手段的成熟,应用基因工程技术改造代谢途径,从而提高次生物质的产率成为研究主流。
Progress of the research on production of plant drug secondary metabolites by cell culture is discussed in this paper. Plant secondary metabolism is the main source of many fine drugs. There are many methods used in cell culture to improve the secondary metabolite production, such as : screen cell lines, optimize the culture conditions, immovable cell culture, use elicitor, hairy-root culture. Engineering of plant secondary metabolism is feasible nowadays, but it requires knowledge of the biosynthetic pathways involved.
