摘要
研究表明,教师个人因素,学生自身因素,教学目标与内容,教学方法与手段,以及课堂环境因素对学生内在学习动机的产生与发展有着重要的影响。对于广大英语教师来说,只有保持积极乐观的生活态度,以饱满的热情面对学生,通过不断地改进自己的教学,激发他们学习英语的内在动力;只有帮助学生端正其学习目的,增强他们的学习成就感,并通过不断地交流与沟通,共同营建和谐宽松的课堂教学环境,才能真正激起他们学习英语的内在欲望与需求,真正全身心地投入到学习之中,以此来提高课堂教学水平,推动整个大学英语教学事业向前发展。
As research shows, the elements of teachers , the students , the teaching objectives and contents, the teaching methods and means and the classroom teaching environment all have a great influence on the development of the students' intrinsic motivation. Only the teachers improved their teaching capability constantly , can they stimulate the students' intrinsic dynamic to learn English, arousing their internal desire and requirement to learning English and improve the level of college English teaching.
