摘要
在医疗市场竞争日趋激烈的形势下,医院的医疗技术水平、管理水平以及医院文化建设水平已经成为医院今后能否生存、发展的重要方面。随着医疗卫生事业改革的不断深化,医疗市场竞争日趋激烈,进一步加强医院文化建设,增强医院发展软实力,是医院科学、健康和谐发展的基础。2012年衢化医院以"文化兴院工程"为抓手,以三乙复评准备工作为契机,通过"文化引人,形成共同的价值取向;文化育人,提升员工职业素养;文化励人,激发员工主人翁精神;文化暖人,增强医院外显文化"等多项文化建设举措,充分调动了广大员工参与医院文化建设,将文化内化于心,外化于行,不断促进医院医疗服务质量的提高。
Medical technology, managerial competency and hospital culture have become important determinants of hospital survival and development in fierce competition of the medical market. Enhancing hospital culture and soft power is the foundation of sound, scientific and harmonious hospital development. In 2012, Quhua Hospital took the opportunity of Grade-3 Class-2 hospital review to motivate medical staffs to actively participate in hospital culture development and improve medical service quality by advocating "cultural advancement for hospital development" and "establishing common values, promoting professionalism, inspiring staff responsibility and enhancing hospital culture".
