摘要
人本文化包括人本管理和人性化服务两大系统。近年来,我院注重以情感管理激发员工的工作积极性,以民主管理增强员工的主人翁意识,以自主管理提升员工的创造力,以人才管理提升员工的事业成就感。同时,通过推行人性化服务语言,规范人性化服务行为,落实人性人服务制度,优化人性化服务流程,完善人性化服务设施,提升人性化服务环境,推进了医院的全面发展。
People-oriented culture consists of the two systems of people-oriented management and people-oriented service. In recent years, Yuhuangding hospital mobilized staff incentives with emotions management, enhanced the ownership awareness of the staff with democratic management, increased their creativity with autonomous management, and elevated their sense of career success with talent management. In the meantime, the hospital achieved a general upgrade by means of the people-oriented service wordings, normalized service behavior, optimized people-oriented service process, improved service facilities, and bettered service environment.
