摘要
结合某院医学工程科的任务实际,分析医学工程科在人员结构、技术手段和管理制度等方面存在的问题,并从组织机构设置、管理原则制定与目标制定、人才培养机制等方面提出具体的建设举措。
The authors analyzed the practical problems of personnel structure, technological means and management system, then proposed several suggestions involved the establishment of the organization, management principles and objectives, personnel training and other aspects.
