摘要
将医院文化的理念与方法培育在医院感染管理中,围绕医院文化以人为本的核心,从物质符号层、行为制度层及精神理念层进行构建。医院文化不仅可以改进服务理念、优化服务环境、简化服务流程、标准服务规程,而且能在短时间内迅速普及医院感染知识,建立人人感控、人人有责的文化氛围,有利于感控学习型团队的建立。
The concept and method of hospital culture are cultivated in the hospital infection management, and the core of the hospital culture is people - oriented, which is constructed fl＇om the material symbol layer, the behavior system lay- er and the spiritual concept layer. Hospital culture can not only improve the service concept, optimize the service environ- ment, simplify the service process, standard service procedures, but also quickly spread the knowledge of hospital infection in a short period of time, establish a culture atmosphere of everyone＇s sense of control and everyone＇s responsibility, which is conducive to the sense of control and the establishment of a learning team.
