摘要
立足于突发事件的应急决策支持系统,提出按需最优计算的理念并搭建其体系架构.面向开放的、不确定性的突发事件应急服务需求,在按需最优计算体系下,通过有效组织系统资源,为决策者提供实时的、可处理不确定性的、动态优化的决策支持服务.分析突发事件应急决策支持系统面临的问题,提出系统的四个重要特点,即:开放性、不确定性、实时性、以及连续决策.在此基础上,构建按需最优计算体系架构,包括三个层次,即资源构造层、资源服务层、应用服务层,并对该体系架构实现依赖的理论框架、概念模型和功能结构进行阐述.
Based on decision support system for dealing with emergency events,to propose the concept of on-demand optimal computation and build its system architecture. Facing with giant information in an open environment, and related indeterminate service demands, the emergency de- cision support system is asked to realize the real-time emergency decision-making services which can reduce uncertainties and achieve dynamic optimization functions. To analyze the major difficul- ties to build a emergency decision support system,and poses four main characteristics of the sys- tem, namely: openness, uncertainty, real-time and continuous decision-making. On this basis, to construct the system architecture of on-demand optimal computation, including three levels, name- ly: fabric, resource, and application. Then to present the theoretical framework, conceptual model and functional structure of the system.
