摘要
首先简要介绍了灾害的特征以及对人类社会的危害，阐述了应急对于减灾，特别是中国减灾工作的意义，然后概述了当今应急研究的现状、水平、趋势及不足，提出了今后应急研究的重点。
In this paper, the characteristics of calamities, their harm to human society and the significance of emergency treatment in reducing the disasters' damage, especially in China' were discussed.The situation, level, trends,problems of current emergency study and the emphasis of future study were expounded as well.
