摘要
基于虚拟仪器技术,设计了加速度传感器动态特性标定系统。利用LabVIEW图形化编程特点及其强大的开发功能,在微机及采集卡组成的硬件平台上,实现了界面友好的操控及显示软面板设计,以及激励信号的发生与标定数据的采集、存储和处理。同时,通过EXCEL实现了LabVIEW与MATLAB之间的数据通信,并利用MATLAB进行动态性能指标的最优计算。实验证明:该系统具有性能稳定、精度高和人机交互友善方便等特点。
Based on virtual instrument technology, a virtual calibration system for dynamic characteristic of acceleration sensor is desigued. Using the graphical programming and strong development tools of LabVIEW, this system can carry out the design of manipulation, display of the soft panel with friendly interface, generation of excited signal and collection, store and process of the calibrated data based on hardware composed of microcomputer and data collection cards. In the mean time ,communication can be realized between LabVIEW and MATLAB via EXCEL;optimum calculation items of dynamical performance can also be carried out by MATLAB. Results show that the system has stable performance, high precision and friendly interface.
