多糖水解成分GC-MS指纹图谱与寒热药性的多元统计分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:初步探讨多糖水解成分乙酰化气相色谱-质普联用(GC-MS)指纹图谱与寒热药性的相关性。方法:测定60种中药多糖水解物乙酰化GC-MS图谱,筛选最适统计识别模型,以最佳模型识别多糖乙酰化GC-MS图谱寒热表征。结果:确定了偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA)为最佳模型,得出多糖水解物乙酰化GC-MS的寒性标记所对应的保留时间为3.489,3.557,3.695,3.849,3.986,6.047,6.132,6.241,6.510,6.836,7.294,12.564 min;热性标记所对应的保留时间为3.861,3.929,5.526,6.006,6.269,6.516,6.842,7.397,10.778 min。结论:多糖成分与寒热药性存在明显的相关性。 Objective:To study correlation between the GC-MS chromatograms of polysaccharide and Cold-Heat nature of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Method: The polysaccharide hydrolysis composition acetylation GC-MS fingerprints of 30 kinds of hot herbs and 30 kinds of cold herbs were determined.Cold-hot medicine property(CHMP) markers were determined by the best discriminant model.Result: The best statistical identification model for GC-MS of polysaccharide hydrolysis composition acetylation was PLS-DA.The corresponding cold nature retention time was 3.489,3.529,3.557,3.695,3.849,3.986,6.047,6.132,6.241,6.510,6.836,7.294,12.564 min.The corresponding hot nature retention time was 3.523,3.861,3.929,5.526,6.006,6.269,6.516,6.562,6.842,7.397,10.778,10.784 min.Conclusion: There is relationship between the GC-MS chromatograms of polysaccharide hydrolysis composition acetylation and Cold-heat nature of TCM.
