摘要
多糖作为生物大分子,其单糖组成、结构类型、分子量分布都与生物活性息息相关,因此多糖指纹图谱的建立在多糖的质量控制上起着重要的作用。多糖分子量大、结构复杂、无紫外吸收,建立指纹图谱相对困难。本文对近年来多糖色谱指纹图谱的研究方法进行研究,多糖色谱指纹图谱的研究主要包括组成分析与分子量分布两个方面。
The bioactivity of polysaccharide is related to its compositional monosaccharide,structure and molecular mass distribution.That's why the fingerprint plays an important role in the quality control of polysaccharide.It is large molecular mass,complex structure and not being detected by UV that makes it hard to build the fingerprint. This review summarized the research methods of polysaccharide chromatography fingerprint,including compositional analysis and molecular mass distribution.
