摘要
目的:探讨中药寒热药性与多糖成分的相关性,进一步阐明中药寒热药性与物质基础的关系。方法 :选取10种寒性中药和10种热性中药,提取和精制多糖,并用三氟乙酸彻底水解成单糖,加入1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮进行衍生化反应,测定多糖的单糖组成HPLC指纹图谱,利用支持向量机(SVM)分析实验结果。结果:SVM分析实现了对20种中药寒热药性的准确判别,判别正确率为100%。结论:中药寒热药性与多糖成分存在明显相关性,SVM可以作为判别的统计学工具,多糖是中药寒热药性的物质基础之一。
Objective :To discuss the correlation between cold-hot natures and polysaccharides,to reveal the relation of cold-hot natures and material basis. Methods:Extracting polysaceharides from 10 kinds of cold-property traditional Chinese drugs(TCDs) and 10 kinds of hot-property TCDs. The polysaceharides were completely hydrolyzed into monosaecharides with trifluoroacetic acid. The monosaccharide derivatives obtained with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyra- zolone were separated by reverse-phase high performance liquid ehromatography(RP-HPLC). The results of the HPLC fingerprints of monosaccharides composition of polysaccharides were analyzed by support vector machine(SVM) method. Results:SVM analysis could accurately distinguish cold-hot natures of the 20 kinds of TCDs,the correct rate was 100%. Conclusion:There was a significant correlation between cold-hot natures and polysaccharides. The SVM analy- sis could be used as statistical tools to distinguish the cold and hot natures. The polysaccharide was one of the material basis of cold-hot natures of TCDs.
