摘要
离合器式高能螺旋压力机是一种机、电、液一体化的先进锻造设备。它结合了摩擦螺旋压力机、机械压力机和液压机的优点,是一种结构简单、生产效率高、输出能量大、节省能源的锻造设备。本文分析了现有高能螺旋压力机电控系统存在的问题,提出了采用MEC1型高能螺旋压力机混合信号控制模块作为核心控制系统与PLC、HMI等共同组建高能螺旋压力机电气控制系统,对高能螺旋压力机电控制系统的改进起到关键性的作用。
