摘要
对感应电机在不同转差率工作时的传动效率和转子线圈发热问题进行了理论分析 ,找出了电动螺旋压力机转子严重发热的根本原因是电机的转差率变化率太大 ,得出电动螺旋压力机的传动效率并不比摩擦压力机大的结论 。
this paper discusses the drive efficiency when induction motor working in different ratio of rotation difference. In this paper, we also analyze the heating problem of motor loop and point out that the heating is mainly caused by the large change of ratio of rotation difference. Based on this discussion, we draw a conclusion that the drive efficiency of the electric screw presses is not higher than the friction screw presses. The conclusion is useful for the design and manufacture of screw presses.
