摘要
转矩的快速响应和稳定输出是电动螺旋压力机稳定运行的关键。本文介绍了齿轮传动的电动螺旋压力机工作原理,讨论了永磁交流同步电机矢量控制技术的基本原理,提出了大功率永磁交流同步电机驱动的电动螺旋压力机交流伺服系统控制方案。通过实验,显示了其在转矩控制方面的优越性能,并有效控制了电机的启动电流和温升,实现了电动螺旋压力机的长期稳定运行。所研究的成果已应用于实践。
The fast response and stable output of the torque are key techniques of electric screw press. Working principle of the electric screw press with gear transmission was introduced, basic principle of flux vector control was discussed, then the driven solutions of electric screw press by permanent magnet synchronous motor of flux vector control were proposed. The superior performance of torque control was shown through experiments. Motor starting current and temperature rising were effectively controlled, which made the electric screw press achieve long-term stable operation. This research has been applied successfully in practical work.
