坚持“三步走” 完善习惯培养

摘要 小学阶段是一个人成长的起步阶段,也是良好习惯养成的最佳时期。学校要采取"习惯培养三步走"策略:一是按基础性习惯、学科共性习惯和特色习惯三大主题,每月一个主题,每学期滚动实施,循环强化习惯养成。二是采用"阶梯状培养模式"和"精品课堂引领"两条途径,走阵地建设之路,稳固建构培养模式。三是探索出"五段十级"阅读评价体系、启动三项读书活动,走特色培养之路,强化阅读习惯养成。多措并举培养学生的良好习惯,为学生的幸福人生奠基。
