摘要
人才是企业竞争优势和可持续发展的最重要资源,医院要想获得人才,除了引进以外,根本上讲还是要加强对自身现有医疗卫生人才的培训。建立医院管理层及员工的培训体系是符合当代医院发展的必经途径,只有对医院员工队伍进行合理的培训,才能提高其知识和技术水平的层次,进而提高医院的社会效益和核心竞争力。本文从医院加强员工培训工作的必要性、培训工作的思路等方面作出探讨。
