摘要
随着医疗卫生事业的快速发展,员工培训越来越受到医院的重视,但大多数医院的培训效果往往不如人意。如何拥有一套完善的培训体系成为大型综合医院生存和发展中的关键因素。本文分析了目前综合医院培训体系中存在的问题并提出改善的建议,希望能为综合医院培训体系的完善起到一定的借鉴作用。
With the fast development of medical treatment industry, hospitals pay more and more attention on staff training, but many of them get a disappointed result. How to build a perfect staff training system becomes impor- tant in a comprehensive hospital＇s development. This paper analyzes the staff training system of the present compre- hensive hospital and finds out the deficiencies of the training system. Finally, the paper also puts forward some rec- ommendations for improvement.
