摘要
合理的人员配置是有效开展工作的基本保证。如何对护理人力资源进行合理配置以及如何提高现有护理人力资源的利用率,已成为当前护理管理者急需解决的问题。通过对护理岗位设置,护理人员级别设置以及护理人员级别与岗位的能级对应,建立护理人员分层使用系统,对护理人力进行纵向管理。为有针对性地分层培训以及培养人才提供依据。大大提高了护理质量,调动护士工作积极性和职业自豪感,为患者提供更全面、全程、细致、专业的护理,为深化优质护理服务打下基础。
A sound staffing is a guarantee for the effective organization of work. How to reasonably allocate nursing staff and how to improve the utilization rate of the existing nursing staff has become an urgent issue to address for the present nursing management. It is suggested to establish a hierarchy system of the nursing staff and carry out a vertical management through nursing position setting,hierarchy setting and the connection between nursing positions and hierarchy. This will lay a foundation for a more targeted training and cultivation of talents in different levels,and will sure to raise the nursing quality to a large extent. It will also arouse the initiative and a sense of proud on the part of the nurses,who will in turn provide a more comprehensive,thorough,detailed and professional care to the patients,setting the ground for perfecting the care services.
