摘要
以黄瓜为试材 ,摸索出一种快速检测有机磷农药残留的方法。该方法对敌敌畏、甲基对硫磷、辛硫磷、氧乐果和甲胺磷的回收率分别为 98.75%、83 0 0 %、91 0 0 %、70 50 %和 86 0 0 % ;最低检测限量分别为 0 .0 5mg/kg、0 0 2mg/kg、0 .3mg/kg、0 .5mg/kg和 0 .5mg/kg。多次平行测定变异系数小于 4% ,可以满足半定量分析的要求。
A rapid method for determining of organophosphorus pesticides residue in agricultural products was introduced in this paper.Results showed that the recovery of this method was higher than 70%,the comparatively standard variance was less than 4%,and the lowest detection limit was 0 04～0 05mg/kg.All of these show that this kind of rapid determine method can satisfy the need of user for rough detection of organophosphorus pesticides residue in vegetables.
